Owner Max Lujano started the La Cabana restaurant in 2016 on July 25th at 701 North Grandview Blvd. Waukesha WI

The restaurant offers an expansive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and doesn’t only feature cuisine from south of the border. Instead, there are plenty of American based foods on the menu such as pancakes, omelets, chicken wings and additional appetizers to make customers feel rich at home.

The culturally mixed menu is just one of the features that make La Cabana a unique site.

After spending 14 years of his life in Waukesha and a majority of it working within the food industry, Lujano was able to accomplish a long-standing goal along-side his brother Arturo when La Cabana opened.

Lujano said ingredients used are fresh and meals are prepared only once orders are placed. Max has a good thing going, and we his fans look forward to many years in the future.
